UP worked closely with THINK to create a brand that will grow with them, yet also works well with their strong portfolio of luxury, residential builds. The scope included art direction of photography, copywriting, print design for business collateral and portfolio books, and custom web design and development. The construction firm website showcases finish details which appeal to design firms and tells the stories of how they executed them.
The firm’s new logo is a unique, memorable icon. Upon close examination, it reveals a combination of rectilinear and curved forms derived from a narrative of “thinking outside the box”—an idea carried out in all of the firm’s construction projects, their name, and now, finally, in their brand design.
