Intermediate Designers are responsible for drafting 3D models, crafting design presentations, and ensuring that design intent & client needs are met throughout the life of the project. This role works directly with our Project Managers and Project Leader on both architecture and interior tasks. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Junior Designers include:

• Drafting 3D models via ArchiCAD & Twinmotion
• Crafting presentation slides via Illustrator & Photoshop
• Sourcing reference images for theme & material presentations
• Sourcing, organizing, & photographing physical material samples for client and studio library
• Effectively working on multiple projects at once
• Understanding DOB Requirements
• Understanding Construction Documents


• 2+ years of experience in a role as Junior Designer (or similar)
• 2+ of those years spent in wood framed residential construction
• 2+ years of experience working in ArchiCAD full time
• Experience working in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
• Ability to work from our Long Island City studio 2-3 days/wk (minimum)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US


• Valid Driver’s License

Brand Design / Marketing Intern (Summer)


A brand design & marketing intern will be tasked with many of the day-to-day tasks that help empower a small business and creative teams to grow and thrive. This is paid, part-time position. Throughout the course of this internship, interns will receive support and training from our team to help empower the intern to thrive in this position. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Brand Design / Marketing Intern may include:

• Visualizing architectural and interior concept diagrams.
• Coordinating schedules, budgets, styling, modeling, and/or transportation for photo & video shoots.
• Preparing press releases.
• Researching editorial calendars and unique publication opportunities.
• Creating social media and email marketing content.
• Creating, budgeting and implementing digital ad buys.
• Documenting projects that are under construction.
• Maintaining websites (built in-house with custom HTML.) Ensuring brand consistency throughout all elements of a client’s experience with our studio.


• Proficient in Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
• Ability to work from our Long Island City studio 2-3 days/wk
• Keen eye for photography


• Knowledge of HTML
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects
• Proficient in a Video Editing Software
• Strong copywriting skills with an approachable tone.
