Interior Design Process: Phase Three

Interior Design Development

The third phase of the interior architecture and design process is when we further develop the design. Using all feedback, references, and materials selected in the previous phases we're now ready to apply those decisions to our architectural drawings. Using an innovative, 3D modeling software we are able to apply our material selections and understand how each will be applied.

What To Expect

In the Interior Design Development Phase we will model all elements of the home using cutting-edge 3D software. These drawings will grow to include flooring, baseboards, mouldings, doors, and custom millwork. It will also involve modeling all elements of the primary spaces like kitchen cabinetry, counters, appliances, bathroom vanity, tile, fittings and fixtures.

What We Need

After all assets have been modeled in 3D, we will provide you with a series of more black and white vignettes and elevation drawings. Without being fully photorealistic, these architectural drawings will allow you to better visualize our proposed designs for your future home. While visualizing the space we will also present you with a curated collection of product options for all fixed assets. These are the non-moveable elements of the home which includes bathroom vanities, kitchen appliances, lighting options and more.
