This serene modern residence leans on minimalism to create spaces that constantly immerse the family in their lush natural surrounding. From the simple 45-degree rotation of the home, to the ribbons of operable glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail was created to make nature feel like it’s always within reach.
Covered balconies, shaded seating areas, a roof deck and an extensive patio area provide multiple outdoor spaces for everything from privately enjoying the agricultural views to entertaining large groups with a heated pool and all-weather tennis court. The vast landscape in the rear of the home blends between private yard to agricultural reserve to provide unobstructed views, creating both a vast sense of serenity and personal privacy.
A captivating visual "ribbon" dances around the exterior to maintain a visual cohesion while simultaneously creating several covered balconies and outdoor spaces. This creates an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow, elevating the design to a captivating work of art that harmonizes with nature's beauty. Large floor heights not only offer grandeur but also cleverly conceal internal building systems, ensuring a clean and uncluttered space to soothe your senses.
